I have not always been an avid music listener, there was a
time when I never listened to any music at all, today, that is quite a scary
thought.
However, when, in summer 2000, my dad introduced me to Iron
maiden’s “Live after death” album, I was blown away, the moment that all the
guitars set off in “Aces High” set me on a path of music listening. I still
listen to heavy metal, occasionally toning down a bit, but usually at the edge
of extreme music – I don’t go into death metal and stuff, but have far to many
other metal types.
So I thought I’d share with the world my feelings on some
of them. Some of these are very “speciallised” bands that only avid fans have
ever heared of, but what the hell, it’s a good a place as any with which to
descover them.
